Anika Noni is an American performer and singer. She is most famous for her role as Tiana Disney's very first African American princess in The Princess and the Frog. The year 2011, Rose was recognised as one of the Disney Legend. Rose played Lorrell Robinson on the Oscar Award-winning film Dreamgirls. Anika Noni (born June 6 7th, 1972) is a songwriter as well as an American actor. Also, she starred as Beneatha Younger, who played the Broadway adaptation of A Raisin in the Sun (2014) for which she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play.
